神经科学热门产品6:钾离子通道Blockers

钾离子通道阻断剂(Potassium Channel Blockers),是一类可抑制K+通过膜通道的化合物,包括有机化合物和各类神经毒素(如α-Dendrotoxin,Apamin 等)


钾离子通道是四聚体的整合膜蛋白,形成水孔,K+可以通过水孔流动,并在许多生物体中发现。在神经元中,K+通道参与维持静息电位、动作电位后的膜复极、控制重复放电的时间。K+通道是生物体内广泛的离子转运分子,在人类体内有70多个基因编码不同的K+通道。
