F4/80是一种160 kDa的膜糖蛋白,属于EGF-TM7家族。F4/80在大多数组织巨噬细胞上表达,包括腹膜、肺、肠、胸腺和脾红髓巨噬细胞,以及Kuffer细胞、朗格汉斯细胞、骨髓基质细胞和树突细胞的亚群。F4/80的同源配体尚未确定,但在小鼠中的研究表明,F4/80对细胞因子的产生和诱导调节性T细胞是重要的。
